Should I play football this year practices allready started and I'm in 7th grade but I'd rather Get good this year then next year but practices allready started HELP?

Get on the squad as fast as you can. Your body will get used to the physical play of the game. You need to be on the field, running & catching the ball...rather than playing catch and running around the track. There is no better practice than to play.

Your only going to get worse the longer your not playing. Thats all I gotta say.
