well i gained alot of weight over the summer and i wanna shed it all off but i wanna know will the treadmill shed it off fast?

treadmill is good, elliptic trak is usually better-spreads the workout abound a little better, gives your arms a bit of work as well as legs. Easier on knees and hip joints, too.

i think u can't just use a treadmill to lose weight.the right method is first ,don't stay up late ,this can make u fat,get up early at every morning. then pay attention to how much fat u get in to ur body everyday.u need to eat much more green vegetables than before and have a diet too.dont eat anything before sleep and eat more at lunch ,eat less at dinner.
then u should go to have some execise such as swimming, cycling, and sth else.if u want to lose ur fat fast,then runningslowly for one hour every two days is the best choise.but u have to running at least 40 minuite each time.otherwise it won't works.
doing what i said, u can lose ur weight fast,that is my experience!

The treadmill is a great way to lose weight...add some swimming and cycling and your all set.

yes girl, I got one myself. I sit my treadmill right in front of the TV and have a bottle of water and work out for atlest an hour. and it does work.

Only thing i can say is call a dietiticien and she will give you some good advice.
Good eating and good exercice are the best thing to do good luck:)

hover just above your chair in a squat position for 15 seconds every hour

if you re eating out make salad the appetizer most starters are fried and come with unhealthy dips or sauces
