I'd stay away from both. However, I was told by my doctor that I could eat store-bought coldcuts sparingly if I nuked them in the microwave for a few seconds; it would kill anything dangerous.
You're taking the risk with the seafood salad - uncooked eggs and seafood are a no-no.

Yes-salami is full of nitrates and crab salad is questionable, but I stayed away from seafood and fish because of mercury and the chance of food poisoning. You should check on the seafood salad though because your OB may say it is OK.

My biggest fears would be the mercury in the salad and the general junk in the salami. Most crab salad isn't crab - it's 'krab', which is flavoured and coloured fish. This isn't healthy when pregnant or not. Pollock, the fish that makes up the 'krab' is a lower mercury fish, but it's still not recommend that any fish be consumed while pregnant due to mercury concerns.

Cold cuts are full of nitrates and the crab salad contains mayo which is made from raw egg. You do not need to avoid all seafood, just be careful. Large fish such as tuna, swordfish, shark and bluefish contain lots of mercury because they are at the top of the marine food chain and have picked it up from all the other fish they have eaten. Salmon and whitefish (haddock, cod, etc. ) are safe.
If you plan to breastfeed you will need to follow these same precautions.
