Shouldn't you be typing "Read This"?
Anyway...all you can do is your best. Try not to show off or make other students feel uncomfortable. Do your work and everything should be okay.

Maybe it's like that movie, Groundhog's Day. Wishful thinking.
I think you will survive and should do your best to laugh it off so those around you don't know how much it's bothered you. But I gotta tell ya, I have some MAJOR issues with any teacher that does this type of thing to a kid (I'm a former teacher.) Could you talk to this person outside of class and tell them you want to work together and you're looking forward to doing well? If you don't think so, is there another adult you can talk to that will listen? Counselor? Teacher? Parent? Friend? Cuz you are finding yourself in an environment that is NOT conducive to learning.

Well..i don't really think there is much you can do about it, but just try to forget it. u know being the teacher's pet is not always a good thing, so look at wat happened on the posotive side. Don't tell me that when u were the teacher's pet people did not make fun of u.! So maybe now u will look kind of more "cool", u know in the eyes of others. Plus i garantee that in a few weeks or even days everubody will be talking about something and will have forgotten about yur embarrasement story.
Hang in there!

My son had this problem I told him to tell his teacher, "Does it make you feel better taking your frustration out on me and embarrassing me like this?" So he did... not rudely just straight and to the point. She wasn't happy at first, then she apologized to him. He never had a problem with her again.

So you've been getting by on flattering your teachers, maybe even bringing them gifts and snitching on other students, etc.? The time has obviously come for you to buckle down and do the work without expecting special treatment. If you don't, life will teach you the lessons you failed to learn in school.

Get over it. Obviously you are NOT this teacher's pet. Grow up and worry more about your studies.
