Backstabed at work?

i work in the er. i was in triage today. we had like no patients all day. well here first is a bit of history for you about the co-workers in the er-nurses, docs, techs, everyone is always online on the internet when we ARE NOT busy. one day i even so my supervisor pass by the secretary that was on the internet looking at dogs and my sup told her, "Oh that dog is soo cute!" THATS IT! we have nurses that get in triage and they buy stuff on ebay alll day long!!! WHEN WE ARE NOT BUSY. so today i was in triage all day by myself. and very bored. so i got on perezhilton a celb gossip site. shoot i just wanted to know about the latest celeb gossip. so being the nice person i am a call one of my co-workers and ask her to come take my palce so i cacn go and BUY HER whatever she wanted from the coffeshop right down the hall and buy me one cause i was falling asleep from boredom. well she is all kool with it. when i get back my sup points to me and tells me to get in her office now! my co-worker told on me!!! she was looking at the site i was looking at and found some half naked black woman on there and called my sup to go see!!!!!!! so then my sup calls IS and HR and i got fired!!!!! I CAN NOT BELIEVE THIS!

should i put on my future resume that i worked there?? do you think they can tell them that i was fired? i live in louisina.

THIS KIND OF THING HAPPENS AT EVERY JOB. THERE ARE ALWAYS THOSE PEOPLE WHO TRY TO BETTER THEMSELVES AT THE EXPENSE OF EVERYONE ELSE. YOU ARE THE VICTIM OF, NOT A BACKSTABBER, BUT WHAT WE COMMONLY CALL A 'SNITCH'...HERE IN BALTIMORE, MARYLAND, WE STRONGLY FROWN ON SNITCHES. THE BEST THING YOU CAN DO AT YOUR NEXT JOB, IS KEEP EVERYTHING YOU DO TO YOURSELF....TELL NO ONE YOUR BUSINESS, BECAUSE SOMEONE WILL FIND SOMETHING TO USE AGAINST YOU. EVER HEAR THE SAYINGS...'SNITCHES GET STITCHES' OR 'SNITCHES GET FOUND IN DITCHES'? ONE DAY YOUR EX-CO-WORKER IS GONNA SNITCH ON THE WRONG PERSON, AND THEN SHE'LL HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE CONSEQUENCES. HONESTLY, THIS IS THE CHANCE FOR YOU TO BETTER YOUR LIFE, YOU'LL FIND A NEW JOB THAT YOU'LL LIKE AND YOU'LL LOOK BACK ON THE OLD ONE AND LAUGH. PEOPLE WHO SNITCH HAVE NO LIVES, THEY THRIVE ON WHAT EVERYONE ELSE IS DOING, WHICH IS SAD. SAD TO SAY THAT THIS BEHAVIOR IS COMMON IN ALMOST EVERY PUBLIC SERVICE JOB. WHAT YOU DO IN YOUR PERSONAL LIFE IS YOUR YOUR BUSINESS....DONT TRUST YOUR CO-WORKERS. NO MATTER HOW CLOSE YOU THINK YOU ARE, THESE SO-CALLED 'FRIENDS' HAVE ALTERIOR MOTIVES. FRIENDS AND WORK NEVER MIX....LIKE OIL AND WATER. I LEARNED ALL THIS BY EXPERIENCE, SO WHEN I GIVE YOU ADVICE, I KNOW FROM FIRST HAND EXPERIENCE. YOUR OLD SUPERVISOR IS NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL EITHER, SHE'S PROBABLY GUILTY OF MORE DIRT THEN ANYONE ELSE. THINGS WILL GET BETTER, I PROMISE. START FRESH IN YOU NEW JOB....ALWAYS REMEMBER, KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT AND YOUR EYES AND EARS OPEN! SEPERATE FRIENDS FROM BUSINESS.....GOOD LUCK TO YOU! oh...p.s..LEGALLY A COMPANY CANNOT DISCLOSE THAT YOU WERE TERMINATED, ONLY IF YOU ARE ELIGABLE FOR RE-HIRE. THEY GOT YOU ONCE, THEY'LL PROBABLY TRY TO MESS UP YOUR NEW JOB. PERSONALLY, I WOULDENT TELL ON MY RESUME...YOU SHOULD TRY FOR UNEMPLOYMENT....THEY OWE IT TO YOU!!!!!!

sounds like you might have a good case for a lawyer. . . why not call around and see if any lawyer wants to take your case?
