without a doubt Bruno Sammartino,he held the WWF/WWE championship for a very long time.The worst would have to be The Ultimate Warrior,he had virtually no wrestling skills at all.

Dan Gable, with some competition from Pat Smith and Cael Sanderson (at least U.S. wrestlers). Aleksandr Karelin from Russia for Greco-Roman.
Keep in mind, these are real wresltlers, not actors. They'd make Ric Flair or John Cena or any of those others look like a schoolboy *****.
