All States are mandated to have a Child Support Enforcement Office though it may go by another name. Go after the bastard. My first wife and I have been divorced ten years and I paid every month and had NO visitation. Go after him as hard as you can!

By law there is nothing you can do except stop his visitations with a child that is not his. The child's father must be the one to support the child. No matter how long you were married if a man is not the childs biological father then no court in this free nation will hold him responsable. There is ways of making the biological father pay, go to child welfare, DHR, Fathers employer etc.

Call a lawyer honey! Actually, depending on where you live, there are agencies that live for this crap. That's all they do is go after mother's/father's that aren't paying child support. I live in Southern CA and I guess it's a big problem here because I hear ads on the radio about this! Go after him and make him pay his back child support, it's really easy, if you take his a$$ to court they'll garnish his wages and you won't have to deal with it at all. Do some research on the child support laws in your state, they vary from one state to another, and see what you're entitled to.

child support is not rent for visitation. Keep in mind that if you don't let your ex see his kid you're hurting your kid just as much, maybe he doesn't pay child support because he knows you're not gonna spend it on the child anyway. Or it's such a ridiculous amount and it doesn't cost that much to support a kid. you have a responsibility also to take care of the kid financially. Just because you're the primary parent it shouldn't mean that the ex should have to pay solely for the childs support. The legal system is so screwed up in family law and my hat's off to anyone who can scam the system. And you're husband needs to butt out. its not his kid he has no say in the matter

sue him for back pay in child support. go to your local child services office, or welfare for questions. talk to a lawyer! tell your ex husband he will not see his child unless a court says different until he pays money that is owed for his child to live. because it truely is all about the kid. :)

best of luck.
