It looks like it hurts her to talk. She's really a beautiful girl but whatever she did to her mouth/lips is disgrossting.

maybe a bad botox injection? I bet Dr Will knows what's wrong with her

Looks to me like she's had one too many Botox injections. Her whole face is literally frozen and it makes it hard for her to talk.
