I ran into a wall when I was sleep walking once. It woke me right up. It pretty much made me realize I didn't know how to navigate my house in my sleep. Which I shouldn't have to do anyway, but hey. I do.
Don't feel bad about it. It happens.

not quite a wall, but i ran into the corner of two walls when i was like 5 or so, still have a small scar on the top of my forehead from it. lesson learned: slow down.

I've done it a couple of times. A friend of mine did it once, when we were in school, we were in a play and her character was supposed to cry and run offstage, well, she ran into the scenery wall instead, it was hilarious!

Yes, I ran into one of those concrete poles at work once. Needless to say I was talking to a group of people and looking at them as I was walking. They all saw it.

u best go get checked in the Emergency Room and get a CT Scan in case you have a subdural hematoma.
