I hate my Sidekick 3 is there any way I can switch my phone with TMobile?

just switch the sim card into the t509.....if you returned the t509 you will need to return the sidekick to get the t509 back....if it's been more than 14 days then you're SOL

As long as you have that old phone and its either unlocked or a tmobile phone then just exchange sim cards. But contact customer service when you do this and let them know.
