Rinse your hands. To get most of the juice off.
However the burning ingrediant, capsaicin, isn't very water soluble. So you may want to wipe your hands off with a low molecular weight alcohol. A wash rag with some isopropyl alcohol should do the trick. Then wash them again with water to get rid of the isopropyl alcohol. (you don't want to swallow that by accident)

Wash your hands with Arm & Hammer's baking soda. It'll remove the juice & any lingering odors.
