I believe it would be Superman as he represents the human factor in our comics - could you imagine the scene if the animal ( the mouse ) was let to win - the human species would be regarded as inferior to the animal and that would not be let happen. I could imagine superman winning but at the last sec. he has sympathy for the mouse ( animal ) and saves him from harm. This instills in the mind of the child sympathy for the animal like the house pet or to some degree the animals of the wild.

I LOVE THAT MOVIE!!!!! It's so sad, but also SO funny and exciting at the end. Anywho....Superman, cause HE'S a real person! MM is just a cartoon! lol....reference. Superman would win anyway.
