Your tendons are not hard and brittle like bone, therefore they cannot be fractured. They can be likened to strong rubber - a bit like a really tough elastic band. They are part of your muscles - where your muscle tapers to connect to the bones, it changes its structure to become harder and tougher. They anchor your muscles so that when you move, the muscle contracts pulling on the bone via the tendon. They can be torn and this can be very painful and if not properly treated can cause mobility problems.
Make an appointment with your doctor and get it seen to - and in the meantime lay off any physical activity!

well, first off there is no such diagnosis as a "fractured" tendon only fractured bones. Fracture is a break you cannot break a tendon you can tear tendons. As far as healing either one of those if you tore a tendon or fractured a bone in the first place you would not be treating yourself you would be going to an Orthopedic surgeon or the emergency room.

you can fracture bones, you cannot fracture a tendon. You can stretch it, tear it or pull it, but fracture you cannot do. It will require medical treatment, possible surgery if severe enough. Start out by seeing a doctor, get a real diagnosis and proper treatment. If you don't you could cause further damage and that could be permanent...it just isn't worth it.
