im 15 ,5"2, and am 193 pounds. im just amazed that im not a omplete circle. i need to loose some weight. my goal is to weigh 135 punds by may. but i dont know how to get started,. if anyone knows anything that could be usefull i would appreciate it.
p.s: any excersises that focus on toning and minimizing the thighs, and arms, oh and how do you get rid of cellulite.
