im 15 ,5"2, and am 193 pounds. im just amazed that im not a omplete circle. i need to loose some weight. my goal is to weigh 135 punds by may. but i dont know how to get started,. if anyone knows anything that could be usefull i would appreciate it.
p.s: any excersises that focus on toning and minimizing the thighs, and arms, oh and how do you get rid of cellulite.

OK i don't know if this works 4 everyone but this is what my trainer at the gym has told me
eat 5 meals a day of anything u want. (3 main meals and 2 snacks) all 250 calories or less and only have the snack if u need it!
walk/jog/aerobics DVD (any exercise) for at least 30 Min's a day. (at least 4 days a week for weight loss)
grab ya self some cans of food for weights and check out the net for some arm exercises.
you will probably find if you exercise regularly and drink at least 2litres of water cellulite will get better.
there is no cure!

Best thing to do is excercise and cut down on the food portions and do not eat after 7 pm at nite. That has worked for me.
