Yea ok for the 360 account... But I'm not 18... So what do I do?

you need to create a yahoo360 account...theres a link on your profile for yahoo answers...then in your 360 account, you load a picture into your picture section and set is as your primary photo. then back in your yahoo answers profile, you pick your 360 picture as your main pic.
sounds complicated but its not.

If u r 18 or up to that u can make ur own 360page & when u choose a picture for that page, the picture will appear in ur profile in Yahoo!Answers.

you need to get a 360 account and you have to be 18. i discovered that because they wouldn't letme in.

Get the picture you want and put it on the skanner
go to start then pictures
go to get pictures from skanner and load it into the computer.
go back to your avatar and click it and get into your profile.
click where it says load pictures and it takes you into your computer click on your pictures. after you get it loaded.
go to the bottom where it says preview. then submit.
