Yes; of course ... many a time.
I'm sure we've all brushed up against somewhere of some privacy when trying to move in tight crowds over the years.
As I can recall it, I think I've accidentally touched the lot one way or another: breasts, penis, female lowers, butts ... probably anything you can think of.
That's just plain life in tight situations.
We get challenges of every possible nature in life!

I cannot ever recall anyone ever being offended though ... I think all just realize the situation.

Well I'm in a wheelchair so I touch lots of peoples butts by accident and I mean by accident not lying its embarrassing

Ha ha when I was younger I was walking home in busy downtown Chicago. My arm swinging bumped my hand into an oncoming guy right *there*, I said 'oh sorry!' and he raised his eyebrows and said, 'no problem'.

I remember touching a girl's behind unintentionally and she didn't take it hard. I did apologize and she told me no harm done. I didn't have any feedback for touching her behind and it wasn't on purpose.
