I know exactly what you are talking about I have one working in my office(but not for much longer) no matter what happens it is never his fault. It seems to be everybody elses fault but not his. What you have is a cowardly, child affraid to grow up. The responsibility is too great and he is so small he can't take it. DUMP the LOSER.
