do you mean this year or over his total 9 years? This year id say
Pitching:8 (not his fault cashman doesnt supply him =with the best)
Batting 10 (look at the injuries and still how good theyre doing)
Base Running 10(jeter, damon, cairo, arod all running bases aggresively and at a high %)
Overall offense 10 (again, amazing what theyve done without sheff and matsui)
Overall defense 7 (arod brings this category down alot)

Pitching 9 (had to put up with Kevin Brown)
Batting 10 (always go deep into the count and drive up pitch counts)
Base running 8 (he's a NL small baller at heart)
Overall offense 9 (all bats can win)
Overall defense 9 (just keep Giambi off the field)

Pitching: 7, i have seen him misuse mariano a couple of times in the playoffs the last three years.
Batting: 10, just look at their numbers
Base Running: 9, i believe they are second in the al in stolen bases right now
offense: 10, again numbers
Defense: 6, he would be higher but just look at A-rods performance this year

Torre is a great manager not because of his rating for those, it because he gets the most out of players like Melky Cabrera and Scott Proctor and Tanyon Sturtze and keeping peace in a club house full of stars.
