It means admitting when you're wrong and apologizing.
Standing up for what you believe in.
Being strong and also weak at times.

The concept is one of huMANity. Little to do with the sexes... Its a conceptual thing.

It means standing up for what you think is right even if you might upset someone. It means keeping your promise even though it might cost you a bit more than you originally thought. It means showing up for work every day even if you're sick, sore or just don't feel like it. It means paying your debts and supporting your kids. It means respecting yourself and others. It means having integrity, which is not always easy because you have to have 'grit' to have inte'grit'y.

In my dictionary , there's no definite meaning to being a man ....
Just knowing what to do with your life ..and moving on each day basically , taking important steps in your life to succeed according to your liking .....
