My #1 secret- Go to Bath and Bodyworks and pick up their lotion handsoap, it runs for $5 a bottle. I use it in the shower to shave my legs and cleanse all over my body and it gives me the silkiest, smoothest skin imaginable. Not to mention, it smells wonderful and lasts all day. Take this from a girl who used to constantly spend $60 on fancy body lotion from department stores. As for your occasional breakouts, try biore facial cleansing cloths. You want to be careful buying acne washes because most are so strong they end up overdrying your face, forcing it to produce more oil, causing MORE breakouts.

If you’re looking for accurate acne information, best to see a dermatologist. Some people believe doctors are predisposed to take the easy way to deal with acne… prescription drugs. But, with many, this simplistic answer may not be the appropriate course of action. Some feel that such prescription drugs just treat the symposium and not the underlying cause. But, a local dermatologist is still your best starting point.
For me personally, I discovered a great informational acne treatment site. Not only is there good information/articles but I got their audio e-book and following it’s advice can now say that my acne is a thing of the past! Keep in mind, were all different and there are various types of acne, so what works for some may not be totally effective for all.

Bottom line, hang in there, you will get past this! Sincere best wishes and good luck.
Oh, by the way the site that helped me is:

For your face.. if you have been using cosmetics and make-up for the past 3 years..try Toxin Extraction Treatment facial at The Concourse (Beach Road) #01-05

Guaranteed you feel a lot softer and smoother with part of toxins and chemicals gone from your face. It feels like baby's buttock!

I'm not sure if they do it for the body as well, but I swear you'll be telling everyone like me after you have tried it!

for you face you need to go to your local beauty supply house and get some facial scrub to clear your pores and get rid od excess oil and it gives your skin that glow.do that three times a week. give yourself a steam facial bu boiling a pot of water and taking a towel and draping it over your head over the pot so you can destress and get dirt and impurities out of your skin. for your body get yourself a good sugar scrub or salt scrub do that twice a week ,also get yourself a loofah sponge that make your skin on your body glow and soft so its a win-win situation.also find yourself a great lotion that you love its smell and make it your daily ritual to shower and take time really moisturize your skin.thats what i do and i always get compliments.peace

for your body, buy an exfoliator that you can use in the shower. microbeads can gently but effectively scrub your skin to get rid of dead skin cells and allow new skin to grow. after that, use olive oil, yes, olive oil to rub all over your skin. it will give it shine and silkiness, and if you have uneven skin, it will tone it out.
for your face, you can try proactive, but first try home remedies. you can make an exfoliating mask by mixing one part water with one part oatmeal and applying it to your face. after it dries, do not wash off. put some more over it. allow to dry. then wash off. if you have very oily skin, repeat this process. you can also try a honey mask, just put a teaspoon of lemon for every three tablespoons of honey and apply to your face until dry. also, you can make a yogurt mask. take yogurt and add a little bit of honey, for every teaspoon of honey, five tablespoons of yogurt. wash off after half an hour.
the best thing to use for your face and body internally and externally is black seed. you can boil the seeds with water and drink the liquid, then add the seeds with a bit of the liquid to any of the masks i mentioned above. it can reduce and god willing get rid of any disease (including AIDS).
