I have been trying to conceive for 10 months now and Iam very frustrated with no results. Im 31 and feel that I may have ran out of time. I keep track of my periods and ovulation. Anyone have any ideas on natural ways to promote this or anything I can do to increase infertilty? Thanks so much.

You might want to have your partner's sperm count checked and head into your doctor's office for some basic fertility blood tests. This way you'll know if you are up against any problems before you spend money on products that may or may not work for you.

Try AGNUS CACTUS - bought from all good health stores - Holland and Barratt or online shops.
It is in pill form and you MUST NOT take whilst concieving - so give your body a break for a few months.
It matures eggs and helps regulate periods
In study of over 100 people with infertility problems, 70 of them fell pregnant within 3 / 4 months.
Take this and folic acid, and get your partner to take multivitamins - to increase sperm mobility. And then, with ovulation tests, give it a try after 3/ 4 months!!! you've only wasted 3/4 months and could fall first time.
I had ovulation problems, took this and within 4 months I fell first time - I have currently been trying to concieve for over a yr with no success so I am trying it again!!!

Hi I am 31 too and have been trying to conceive for more than two years. Some says eat lots of fruit and vege will increase your vit E intake and therefore fertility. But again it depends on your body too. Have you check with your dr whether or not you and your husband has any infertility problem?. I have gone through laparoscopy operation to check my reproduction organ whether my fallopian tube block or not as well as if there is any cyst or endometriosis in your uterus (these may cause infertility). No problem with me and so is my husband, but no success story so far. Just dont give up trying...many other options such as traditional way of treatment to fix and increase fertility such as acupuncture and naturalist (eating organic things). But first of all, consult you dr. Hope this will help.

I cannot comment on natural fertility methods, since none of them worked for me. But, I can tell you a few things: first of all, you are not running out of time-I gave birth 8 months ago to a beautiful daughter and I am 39. Second of all, I would seriously recommend going to an infertility specialist. They can run tests which would rule out hormonal difficulties, low sperm count, blocked tubes, etc. and help you conceive as quickly as possible. Good luck!

I am 31 and 11 weeks pregnant My husband and i tried for about 3 years and i went though a number of fertility programs (clomid, Ovulation induction) only to fall pregnant naturally.

If after 12 months you have had no success you should see a specialist. Otherwise just relax and be healthy.

Good luck.

It's such a complicated matter, even with doctors involved, that I doubt you can get good help online. You may not want to hear it, but definitely talk to your doctor. He/She will have a better idea and will be able to give you more advice on the issue and what's best for your body.

I am being very serious. I heard there is something mysterious in the cinnamon rolls at Cinnabon. SERIOUSLY. I read a huge article on it a number of years ago. Hey, it's worth a try! (Very important to have your hubby wear boxer shorts...not briefs. The heat in briefs close to his body can lower sperm production.)

i had a hystersolpingogram they push a LOT of liquid through your uterus and tubes(used to determine blockages in the tubes) it acts sort of like a massage for your uterus and the little hairs in your tubes(rather painful but worth it) a very large percentage of women i think around 90% get preg. the very next cycle.I was one of those ive had 6 preg and the only child i have was concieved the cycle after the procedure
