For ur first question boys do that cuz they find it funny and also at first they actually do have feelings for you, sometimes it's cuz they can't stand u. For ur 2nd question cuz their jealous. Naturally boys are stupid and they know it. They are scared that you would go with the other guy.

Boys live in a constant state of frustration and pressure, like girls. If they are under 21 they are complete idiots also. They do stupid things. You need to set limits when you see this behavior or else they will keep doing it.
