I dont know anyone that just "plays" russian roulette unless they WANT to die. They did it in the movie "The Deer Hunter", but they did it for money. Apparently there were significant bets put on the line. I assume the rush of adrenaline is because you did something so incredibly stupid and lived? I will be the first to say... .if you play this game... you should die, so that you dont procreate, or simply contaminate the rest of us normal people with your stupidity.

Teenagers idiotically do it for a thrill, but the actuality of Russian Roulette is that is was a game that Russian guards forced prisoners to play. It's no different that underground dog fights.

My recommendation for you is to rent "The Deer Hunter." Its got Christopher Walken and Robert de Niro in it. Russian Roulette is a big theme in the movie. A little graphic, but a great flick!

Nowadays, I don't see any reason to play it. In the old times, the Russian gangsters used to MAKE the people that failed at something in their gang play it. If you don't die, then you keep shooting the gun at sandbags until the bullet(s) come/s out. Then you live and they don't kill you.
