Yes, DNA is in the form of Chromosomes, which are located in the Nucleus.

DNA is found in several different places. The DNA in eukaryotes is found inside the nuclear membrade. However, there is also mitochondrial DNA found outside the nuclear membrane (mitochondria are tiny bodies which have their own DNA and reproduction - they produce the body's energy in the form of ATP). Mitochondria are found inside the cell membrane but outside the nuclear membrane.
Prokaryotic cells (bacteria), however, have by definition no cell nucleus. Their DNA simply floats around in the cytoplasm.
Many viruses contain DNA (others use RNA), and this is also not contained in a nucleus - for viruses have no such thing. They simply have a protein coat and a segment of genetic material.

It depends on which type of DNA you are referring to.
Chromosomal DNA is found in the Chromosomes in the Cell Nucleus.
Mitochondrial DNA is found in the Mitochondria out side the Nucleus.

Yes, except for some type of bacteria (prokaryotes do not have a nucleus, and their DNA is floating around in the cytoplasm)

Um yeah. But then again DNA can be found practically anywhere on you. Skin, hair, and spit. Everywhere on and in your body is encrypted with DNA. DNA is you ,its what makes you up.
