i tried sublet,rent okwood sites, but those did not help. at the same time i prefere it to be in an apartments complex building.the most important thing is it should be close the university city of UPENN

Try the site listed below. When they ask you what section of Philadelphia, you want to search in University City.

Your best bet for that area may be Craigslist.

Obviously, check in the housing section. For $900/month or less, you should have no problem finding a place to rent, but it may be hard to find a sublet or someone willing to let you do the 2 month thing.

try a Korman Suites I dont know if there any around UPenn but the are usually clean & efficient. Family has used them when they visit. They have washers & dryers. & are usually close to transportation
