Does anyone else think that they are making a mistake by dragging this plot out so long....it is getting on my nerves!

This question is for people who ACTUALLY WATCH THE SHOW! I didn't ask for opions of soaps, I want to know if people are tired of this specific storyline.....Thank You!

Yes, I think this is dragging out. But then they keep us comming back too. Don't they? Don't ya just want to see the original hell raiser- Reva Shayne- come back to Springfield and Kick Josh & Cassie's @$$. Well, I do. I'm a Reva fan though.

One reason I don't watch soaps is that virtually EVERY plot is dragged out to ridiculous lengths.
This is because the writers are under pressure to fill an hour a day, five days a week. It isn't easy to come up with that much new material. Also, the writers have to keep you (viewers) hooked, so that you'll come back out of curiosity to find out what happens. So stretching things out for a long time works for them.

Because it is television
Because Reva is not a real person
Because Josh is not a real person
Because they want you to keep on watching
TV is supposed to be entertaining. If it is getting on your nerves stop watching.

Honestly, I haven't watched the show in two decades, and I'm amazed they still have the same characters.
