Get rid of bearshare, it's garbage and it binds up your computer......as you have experienced.

It's from BearShare. Try uninstalling the program, then reinstalling the latest version and see if the error message goes away.

if you have bearshare, a downloading software for music and entertainment thatn what you should do is uninstall it and possibly re-install it. Try reinstalling BearShare right on top of the broken copy.
Your settings will be unaffected.

It means that your copy of BearShare is corrupt. Reinstall it.

Sounds like your missing files. Try this, click start, run, type sfc /scannow
This should fix the missing files.
