screw that........GO SEE PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN 2!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and then see talladega nights...its hilarious!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WHAT ?? If you like Michael Mann movies, you'll LOVE it ! Good story, very realistic action / combat scenes. Good acting by Jamie Foxx, Colin Ferrel, and many members of the cast. It's geared mostly toward men between 25 & 45. Not the typical Hollywood style movie. I challenge you to watch Heat and Collateral then follow it up with Vice and see if it doesn't hang with the big boys.

I saw it with a friend of mine who had won passes in a contest. It was lousy & I definately could've waited for DVD to rent it. Colin Farrel's acting looks like he's only there because he has to be & doesn't really want to be Crockett. Jamie Foxx is too much of a show off to be a believable Tubbs. The R rating really irratated me too. The show's suitable for kids; I watched it growing up & my son has seen some reruns on cable channels. They could've toned the violence down to get a PG-13 rating instead. I'm DEFINATELY glad we didn't pay for the movie. My friend agrees with me on my opinions of the movie. Even Entertainment Weekly magazine has some of the same opinions in their review. Too funny.
