It is not illegal to own certain species of shark, in fact it is very common.

buy it on a store like a mall or petstore that is where they sell shark sometimes

can't. you're not supposed to have them in the first place. unless you own seaworld, i doubt you have the money and the space they need. and do you have a license? they are probably illegal to posess unless you have a permit.
