Can someone help me?

I go to a small private school ( where everybody knows everybody)
so I don't have many friends. The people in my neighborhood act like they on their fresh buisness so they really dont talk to me. How do I get more friends? Dont get me wrong I'm the freshest there is, I just don't get out much.(lol)

Do something for them like help them with their homework.Just do something to make them appreciate you.

Try to find common ground thats what i would do.
