This is a joke, right? Of course the 2nd one! I've always complained about how people hire bartenders and waitresses solely on their looks, and the service sucks! According to these people, flirting is the way to earn tips...well, not from me! I used to hate going places with my bf and him going ga ga over a hot waitress who all she did was flirt and smile and screw up the order! He'd say "It's OK, she was friendly enough!"...and I'm thinking, "yeah, friendly enough alright...if the flaky thing went to the river for a drink, she'd stick her @$$ in the water!".....
