Keep playing basketball until you get fatigued!

Or keep reading until your lids fall on your eyes!

Go to sleep at 3:30 am, but get up at about 9 am. You'll be tired so it'll be easier to get to sleep early. I've been trying to right my sleep schedule too.

My son has the same problem, and here's his advice:

"Since you have two days, if it were me, I would go to bed at your regular time and get up at 7 am. Stay up all day, and you'll be ready for an early bedtime the night before school starts."

Sleep at 10:00 p.m. Then you'll get at least 8 hours of sleep.

Go to bed at a decent hour. A cup of warm milk knocks me out.

Keep yourself busy. Do a lot of rigorous activity to make yourself feel tired. Also, don't take naps.
