Could be possibly. I had a dream my best friend was pregnant. Turns out, she was. But I also dreamed another friend was, turns out, she wasn't. So it could mean a number of things. Was pregnancy in a conversation you have had recently? You could be relating this to a close friend and it might mean nothing.

well my sister in law dreamed that she was pregnant but it turned out in reality that im pregnant that happened twice but im not sure who could be pregnant though sorry but i thought it was weird now she dreamed that her sister had a baby boy and i might have a baby boy but im not sure til i get to 20 wks
