Any ideas for a suprise party...?

a friend of mine is leaving for quite a while so we are having a suprise party she is soon to be 16 and we are having it at my house...i have a pool so we'll be in there for a while. i have music too...any other ideas? im afraid that people will get tired of swimming then everyone will be bored...

If she's going to be gone for awhile..have Halloween,Christmas...every holiday there is while she's gone..make it a costume...pool party?!
