Put some household amonia in a bowl and let it sit in your car for a few hours it will pull the smoke smell out. Be sure to air your car out for at least on hour before getting in it as the amonia smell will be very strong. However, when the amonia dissipates the smoke smell will be gone.

Use " Febreeze" It worked for me when I wanted to get the cigarette smell out of my couch and out of my car. The best kind to use is the original kind but any of the other scents will work to.

Unless the interior of your car is leather, use febreze on the seats. Also, be sure to air out the car as well...roll down all the windows and get the fresh air flowing.
