They are probably ingrown hairs or just bumps from shaving. It depends on how big they are. Go to the doctor and get it checked out.

They may be razors bumps..rub it really hard with a washcloth. It should go away in a couple days. Buy a new razor yours may be to dull.

maybe they are not bumps, your pores are probably big, everybody have tiny holes in their skin. don't trip.

u can try johnson's baby oil
