Oh, and I DIDN'T post my job here, that is why I am asking! Some sites like Monster are several hundred dollars to post a job opening.

Hi! you may have already thought of this but if your business is with an established company and you do your business over the internet. Try asking your company about a free web site from them that you can share. I have one. Also even though Yahoo doesn't approve of spam you might ask yahoo personally if there is some way that you could get a web site from them they may say no there is not, it never hurts to ask. Also another way to do this is to e-mail your friends and family and ask them to spread the word for you that you have a business. I hope this has given you some ideas that you can use and say if these don't work for you then hopefully I have given you some ideas of your own to try. Lets say your not doing your business on the internet-go to your newspaper company and put in an advertisement. One of the best ways is the word of mouth a term that is often used to get the word started that you have a busines. God bless you in your business. Talk to your parents too they can get other parents involved sometimes and then involve their friends and families.

Great answers some of these people have given! I've also done some checking since I'm in the same boat, I've found among a few of these, Classifieds.yahoo.com, usfreeads.com and powerhomebiz.come/guide/cases
I'm checking them all out myself but mainly to see, who knows what to look for and where as well as the best "traffics"... you don't want to go somewhere that doesn't get a lot of high traffic. Looking myself for a few key people that are serious so I want to find the right place..... Great question and some great answers!

usually your local papers, your community village voice or creative loafing, flyers to have prospective employees meet you at the venue of your choice. stop being thrifty spend the money for advertising. or put it on this page but be more specific about qualifying information and so on. and you were not being specific about the city you lived in so people could give you real help.

I think you get what you pay for.

Your profile says that you know about identity theft and a good middle class American life. Are those related?

Head over to http://www.craigslist.org and to http://www.postaroo.com - you can post free ads at both places.
