Get a new car. That's the only way. The smoke has already penetrated the ventilation system and upholstery, so you're officially boned.

....incense only covers up the smell.. ..blends with it and makes it worse....put a BIG box of Arm & Hammer Baking Soda in the front floorboard and another in the back floorboard..keep it in the car for a few days...the baking soda will absorb all odors...

I don't think there is a way to get rid of it, it gets into the seats,headliner,carpet and even messes up the computer in the car.

Try steam cleaning the appolstry, then soak it in about 10 gallons of Febreeze
