you could do one of 2 things:
buy one at a local store which says 'facial exfoliating cream' or gel.
or you could use a homemade simple mixture such as dry porridge oats mixed with a little bit of water (and an old toothbrush which has gone softish). Scrub the oats and water gently all over your face and neck and then rinse by lathering with a lathering type face wash. This works wonders and if u do this 2x per week, trust me, it softens and smoothens the skin so beautifully you'll wonder what life was like before it :-)

Some of the exfoliants are harsh for the face, if you want to do your own, just purchase a scrub for the face, they have some cheap ones, like St Ives, you just scrub the face with them, and that is to take off the dead skin or dead cells, I know of places that use Sea Salt.
If you don't want to do that use a facial mask, you can make your own, At home we used to use egg whites, fluff them up, and apply to face, let it dry for 15 to 20 minutes, you can feel your face actually pulling, and then rinse well, and your face will glow.

You can use a face wash by Neutrogena or another company that has small "beads" in it. Exfoliating will help remove impurities from your face and make your skin smooth.
Be sure to use lots of water and be careful if you have sensitive skin.

The easiest way is to buy facial products that have an exfoliant in it. There are a million brands out there now.
You can make your own but for me it's too much trouble.

Baking soda. Hard to believe? Just try it, it works. Everything else out there is too abrasive and irritating for skin.

I've heard this isn't very healthy, but try a face product with TONS of chemicals.
