I bleed 3 1/2 days to 4 * for my time of the month) and it starts out heavy and terrible cramps. Is this cause to worry? I started my periods at 12 for 7 days. Then it went to 5. Now I am at 3 1/2 to 4 days.

There shouldn't be a cause to worry...that happened to me I went from 6 to 4 days and I had the terrible cramps . It could be stress or something but I doubt if you are pregnant or if there is a cyst if that is what you are worried about. But if you are really worried go see a Dr.

my periods are the same way, i started at 13 and it was for 6 or 7 days and now it is for 3 or 4 days, if you use tampons your period wont last as long i dont know if it soaks it up better or what but it is like that for me and everyone i know. it is nothing to worry about.

if there shortening every month like that then id talk to a doctor and if you really wanna gewt pregnant ask him about how doing it
