ok when i shave "down there" i still see like black dots..lol. i want to see it smooth!! wth!?

It will hurt like crazy, but maybe you should try waxing. I'd get it done by a professional or be very very careful around the more sensitive areas.

New razor each time, use hair conditioner instead of soap or shaving cream

i hate that too. you need to wax, unfortunately. that's the only way i get it to be completely smooth.
