Whether he is cheating or not, don't waste any more time on him. Maybe he's trying to control you, and maybe he's trying to get rid of you. Lose him now and find somebody who appreciates you.

yes its most possible he is cheating, but if he is saying that to you then you may as well just let him go, its no use wasteing your life with someone who feels that way about you,
