I am 125 lbs and 5'5" tall...Im not skinny but Im not exactly chunky. I want to be more healthy looking and toned, so does anyone know how I can get toned without gaining muscle or without losing too much weight? I really want to focus on my arms....I cant stand it when women have soft arms...especially the back of them. I really appreciate any helpful info.

I do 20 knee push-ups every other day. It keeps my arms from being flabby and gives them a little definition. You'll be surprised how quickly you can tone up your arms!

I wouldn't recommend anything to exteme. Just some light training to tone the muscles. Ever try boxing? I don't mean going as far as getting into a ring, but just throwing punches can tone your arms pretty well.

Try swimming a few times a week. Swimming is great exercise and is good for toning almost everywhere.
