Don't get even...get on...that is the best advice.

Find peace, forgive, build a new and happier life for yourself. Fill your days with activies, friends and loved ones.

Simply divorce, split up, and be WISER than him. Don't rush into a relationship that quickly again.

Hire an attorney and pay him about $1,500 and he'll tell you what to do. The advise you get off this site may be free but it's worth exactly what you are paying.

If you have children with this creep and he has money, you will soon have the money and custody of the kids.

If he's poor you didn't need him anyway. WHAT WERE YOU THINKING WHEN YOU MARRIED INTO POVERTY?

If you're both from Arkansas or anywhere near the Blue Ridge Mountains call The Jerry Springer Show and see if you can get on. At least you'll get some money out of the deal.

The best divorce advice will be given by your layer. Forget it happened, once a cheater, always a cheater. Go on with your life, he's not worth a chance. On the other hand, she is the one who has to worry now and believe me she won't be happy with him because she will live with the expectative that if he cheated on you he'll do the same to her and that will be "hell" for both. I'm portorriken and down here there is a saying that reads "lo mal quitado no luce". If you know someone who speaks spanish, ask what this means. GOOD LUCK

The best thing you can do is reinvent yourself and MOVE ON! There is really no need to get back at him:
1. He wasn't man enough for you
2. She won and you lost
3. You are better off without him....
Get a hair cut, color your hair and get some new clothes...live life to the fullest and make sure everywhere you go you are looking the bomb! Just incase those back stabbing bastards see you...atleast they will see you're doing just fine! As far as divorce is concerned...see if there is a way to protect your assets from him but at the same time see if you can get a peice of his!

Start living your LIFE. Try to move on, even if you still have love for him he obviously didn't feel the same way. I'm sure he'll start to love you again if his new woman cheats on him or leaves him, he'll be right back at your door! So move on and don't give him that opportunity, live your life and enjoy .You only get to live it once and time flies by even when you're NOT having fun. Don't have regrets, should of's and could of's. LIVE.

My ex is living with her too, and he wish the hell he had not made that step from what he's trying to make our kids believe. The kids say he's miserable, and I tell them he'll be alright. He was warned about that home wrecker, so let him deal with it. (her) What has to happen is you need to ignore them and live for you & kids if there are any. Things will eventually be really good on your part once you let go, and prayers will help get your mind into what God wants for you and your happiness. Take time to put things in order now that you are without him (ex), and you'll see it for the better.

Don't play the getting even game. Just find a lawyer and get your divorce. If you try and get even you just end up being as low as he is.
