that u have sex wit your cousin and get pregnant is it true that your baby will be some how deformed.......wut if the cousin is step cousin like one of their parent is your step aunt/uncle?

The baby would not necessarily be deformed. There is a slightly higher chance of birth defects for a child born of blood related cousins, but it's not guaranteed.

No it is not true. Just a made up hype! Strictly speaking, statistically and genetically, the chances of having a deformed are the SAME exact even if the parents are not related...even if there is a difference between the two, the difference will be SO small that it can be safely ignored...and NO IT IS NOT ILLEGAL.
Ridiculous, what does it MEAN to have "close enough" blood or "similiar enough" genes. Humans all together are VERY similiar. It is a scientific fact that such differences are literally skin deep.
All this talk about genetic mutations, every single human is born with some sort of a mutation, usually it is not noticeable, and it doesn't kill you and no, it doesn't make you a superhero. Even if you ignore that, humans always develop something in their lives, the genes mutate later on during life, especially nowadays with all these chemicals and toxicity around us in water, air, and the food we eat, the degradation of the ozone layer lets in some very powerful rays which go right through our bodies and alter our genes at the atomic level.
I mean does everybody who believes for a fact that having kids with a first cousin is a bad idea, do you go for a genetic testing and analysis everytime you have sex. What if, YOU and your mate have "similiar enough" genes but you are not first cousins? Do your kids come out retarded and deformed?
How many of you have had kids with their first cousins OR know parents that are first cousins AND had deformed kids?
Of how many cases...in the world do you know of?
You know, there are plenty of societies around the world, where it is perfectly okay to marry relatives...in fact, some people just prefer to stay in theh family. Incest has a different definition AND you know what...their kids come out a lot smarter than us dumb Americans.
God, the ignorance and stupidity one has to face, people will believe anything you tell them. If everyone here suddenly started saying that the earth is flat, would you simply blend in and accept it as a blind truth?

it is very possible that the child will be deformed when born if its a first cousin there is too much blood relation and the dna mix will cause this although its not always for sure , but usually is.

Most likely, yes. And even if the baby has no deformaties, there are high possibitlies of blood diseases and disorders. I don't think it's wise to bring a baby into the world knowing there is such a VERY HIGH chance that something very serious will be wrong with it.

I believe it is called incest... and yes, babies MIGHT come out with some form of genetical malformations, Not always, but why risk it?...And as a little point of advice, tell this who-ever that there are plenty other humans to mess around with, stay away from family when it comes to intimacy (that's just plain gross...) Tell this who-ever to not do something they will later regret...

ive known a few cousins that were married and had kids ... they seemed normal to me. .. i guess the risk is increased of birth defects and retardation though.

its not garanteed but it is most likley to have problems in his/her life may it be deformaties or autism or mental problems. its all random. But it has a high probability of coming out or down the road in its life to have tramatic problems
