Fidel is looking better and better - so I'm not sure how soon this will be.

Raul is interested in opening Cuba up a bit more and adopting a more Chinese form of Communism however as a military man he has a great distrust of America so not likely to be pro opening up trade.

America is unlikely to lift its trade embargos until Cuba becomes a democratic, rather then a one-party state, especcially given the current governments foreign policy agenda.

However the black market always thrives.....

till the rustic of Cuba adjustments to a democracy and is not any longer a communist state, or united statesa. relaxes its coverage on no longer investment communist international locations in any way much greater (via fact all of us comprehend that united statesa. easily trades with China), united statesa. will in no way import cuban cigars. In Canada on the different hand hehe... we already have the Cuban cigars. yet to be greater suitable on your question, it is not approximately who's in ability (subsequently Fidel Castro), yet how the rustic is ruled. in my opinion, i'm a splash afraid for whilst Castro dies. the rustic would be in turmoil as numberous people attempt to income the seat of ability.

Castro is fine and you can get cuban cigars in the duty-free shops in Heritage Quay and Redcliffe Quay, St. John's Antigua Cruise Ship Docking Complex.

Depends on whether the new leaders adopt a more democratic style of government. If so, the US leaders may feel that we no longer have a communist threat on our border, among the many issues with Cuba, and then they may lift the embargo on Cuban made products.

You can buy Cuban cigars now in lots of cruise destinations. However you must finish them before you return to the US. Lots of them on the cruises I've been on and even smoking parties in some of the ships bars.

They can probably buy them already, as long as they don't go into Cuba and ruin the beauty of it with those tall buildings and fast food restaurants and shopping malls everywhere I'm happy.
