Do you feel safer since the terrorist plot in London was thwarted?

why did George W Bush take credit for the arrest of these wannabe terrorists today, knowing the US had as much to do with stopping the plot as Pakistan did?

do the American people still believe what the President says?

I think Blair, Bush, the Queen and other's are just creating the "right major crisis" they need to make the world accpet their New World Order, and teh Martial Law...

The Bush's helped finance the Waffen SS and SA.
The Bush family has had dealings with Saddam Hussein involving oil drilling and real estate.
The Bush family has connections to the Bin Laden family. This includes a close partnership in the Carlyle group and Arbusto oil. The Bin Ladens and the Bush's have had a long close relationship.
However I don't know if they actually had money taken away being the Bush family has been known to bribe politicians.
t's funny how the Bush family has business dealings with people and governments who kill Americans. The people who are the biggest threat to our national security are friends and partners with the Bush's.

I haven't felt safe since the terrorist attacks on our country. Nearly everyone is on edge after that. I didn't like to fly in the first place, but after 9/11, it scared the hell out of me. Now they just thwarted another attack using planes. Some people still believe what Bush says, but I can't deal with all of this stuff anymore. It's getting ridiculous. With gas prices skyrocketing everyday, the War in Iraq taking soldiers' lives everyday, and with Al Qaeda either kidnapping American soldiers and other over there, along with planning attacks against our country, you can't help but to not feel safe. When you think things are supposed to get better, they don't. It's really sad how things have turned.

"The President has not made a strong enough case against Iraq!" What, 10 years of duplicity, deceit and the funding of Hamas, Hezbollah, Al Qaeda and any other terrorist bent on hurting Israel or the U.S. weren't enough? Scott Ritter says Saddam couldn't have done any new development in his NBC arsenal. What? After inspection teams left in December of 1998 when Saddam refused any further cooperation, Ritter was quoted as saying in six months Saddam would have reconstituted his NBC programs including nuclear weapons. This December it will have been four years! Even if Ritter was wrong by 300% then Saddam has had plenty of time. The Manhattan project only took a few years and that included the basic research that Saddam has already conducted. Saddam has produced enough VX nerve gas to kill every American alive today. Or more likely every living being in Israel.

I didn't feel unsafe prior to the attempted London terrorist plot. As for Bush, did he personally take credit for that? I thought he said that "we" had to be right 100% of the time, but the terrorists just once.

The "terrorist" plot wasnt thwarted. The British government and our government knew about it well in advance. The governments spend a rediculous amout of money trying to scare the crap out of their people to keep them at bay. Don't just rely on local news to tell you the "news" because it is no longer real news, alot of it is fabricated garbage to keep us scared as to when the next terror attack will be.

I live near London, and to be honest, since all these terrorist threats, I feel alot safer as security etc.. has been stepped up and making it harder for people to pose a threat to anyone.

The bombings on the underground were hard for me as my fiancee uses the tube line and I always worried about him.

If we show we are scared to these people and stop using the planes, trains and buses etc.. they will have won!! Lets stand up and be counted and hope they get the message
