I got my butt rounder and legs toned by swimming daily. Stairs can also do it.

First of all all the creams are pure scams and if you think that surgery is the only option to lift your butt, then you have mistaken. I was so close going with surgery and I would have regretted it. Check out this video on how to lift your butt by doing exercises http://www.buttliftbikini.com

Not really possible you can tone your butt to have a more firmer rounder shape but making it bigger ,if its not big then gaining weight which wil probably add on other places. It'a just not your bodytype

Not sure, but I wonder if leg lifts would help, especially if you lie on your stomach and lift each leg off the floor. Maybe some weight lifting that targets the hip and thigh area?
