What’s that you say? I shouldn’t use the word "retarded"? I’m sorry, but you’re infringing on my First Amendment right to free speech. If we are allowed to say, write or do anything we want under the First Amendment, why do we have slander and libel laws? Is it because these laws are only intended to protect liberal beliefs from those who seek to expose them for the inanities they are? No, these laws were put into place to prevent people from abusing their rights.

Also, why does the First Amendment apply to flag burning, but not to public prayer? Is it because religious speech inspires hatred? And flag burning inspires what? Love, peace and grooviness?

Actually the First Amendment doesn't give you the right to say, write or do anything you want. Please re-read it.

And your use of the word "shouldn't" in your first sentence correctly implies that the use of the word "retarded" is subjective. Perhaps some will think it insensative, but you'll be hard pressed to find anyone as stupid as yourself who will argue that there is a legal issue here.

And actually prayer in school doesn't run afoul of the First Amendment but rather with the concept of Seperation of Church and State. And that particular provision obviously doesn't apply to flag burning because flag burning has nothing to do with religion. And so, we Americans are perfectly within our rights to express ourselves by burning a flag or a Bible or whatever, at least until the fascist Republicans are successful in changing the Constitution - which thankfully would not only require a Congressional vote but ratification by two thirds of the states.

Libel pertains to it being untrue or true. Free speech is being able to say whatever you feel without lying about it to cause another party harm. If someone says your mother is a dirty s l u t and they have pictures of her banging the football team then it's true. But if they don't and they say it then that's slander.

Public prayer is against the beliefs of separations of church and state. Can't have a law to make everyone pray just like you can't make a law making everyone a Catholic.

Yes, Liberals are retarded. So are Conservatives. If everybody would think for themselves, things would be so much better...

On to the questions!
1.I say words. I say them a lot.
2.That’s not a question, way to fool me with your question mark! Say “retarded” if you like. I sure do.
3.You make a stellar point, until you think about what these laws are for. They are not to keep me from calling you a pea-brained idiot, who is only capable of spewing what you heard on FOX News, they are to keep CNN from reporting that as fact, when they have no evidence.
4.OBJECTION! Your Honor, Counsel is leading the witness, answering questions with questions.
5.The First Amendment does apply to public prayer, just not in government funded organizations (public schools, court houses, etc.). Also, burning a flag is the proper way to dispose of it. As for people who do it for attention, they’re idiots, but they are just destroying something they paid for. If you want to go out and buy a $25 sheet and destroy it, be my guest.

Maybe the liberal men realize that college girls think guys who burn flags are sexy. Hey, I'd be liberal if I knew it would improve my chance of "sacking some potatos."
