And whenever we die...the world ends because the world doesn't really exist outside of our minds...all of our family and friends and the universe are just made up and are just images that we believe we see and to be real.

But wouldn't it be trippy if it were all just an illusion?

Who is to say that it is not all just a figment of our imagination.
I mean the only thing that I can know with 100% certainty is that I am, every thing else I take to be real with 99.99% certainty, there is always that 0.01% uncertainty that I have to just take on faith.
But, really what else can one do, I am bombarded by my senses saying that the world I live in is real. If I bump my knee it hurts, if I jump in the swimming pool I get wet (provided the pool was full of water) so my perceived actions have perceived consequences and to ignore those consequences brings grave results. But whether those results are real or not does not mitigate the fact that I perceive the wounded knee or wet hair.
Anyway, if I do wake up to find that my whole life has been a dream, so what, I would still act no different than I do now with what little I have to go on.

That would be scary. What if you woke up in a hospital bed and realized that you have been in a coma for 30+ years and your entire life was all in your mind. Then you have no idea of how you got there or who anybody is. That would be a great idea for a movie. Most of the movie shows the point of view through the protagonist's first person experince of his made up life in his mind. Then the story shifts of who he really is and what kind of world he has been phyically living in before, during, and after his coma.

That would be weird. I want to share some information with you that you may not know that you may find weird.
When you look into a mirror, you are looking at a virtual image of yourself. It is one drawn up by your mind. If it were a real image, it would be inverse. That made me think about what else in this world could just be made up by our minds. There could be a lot of things out there that no one knows about that is not real. It's weird to think about.

Well i think it might just be that the world or universe as we know it is just a dream and when you die you wake up and realise how big infinity really is. Imagine a universe with infinitate dimensions and the physical or material world being just one dimension where we experience life and death.

The world we live in is nothing but our imagination. When we die, our world dies with us. We are each a single part of a big picture. Yet, it is our imagination that makes it possible to be who we are.

Are you friends really your friends or do you think (imagination) that they are. You make your own world.

In conclusion: The world is what you make of it. Do not let anyone tell you otherwise or their opinions and visions become your reality.

Over and Out.

Sounds like you're have an illusion. What if it is all real but there is no creation and we all simply exist and then die with no purpose? Bummer! It's much nicer to have something to believe in, don't you think?

but, then, our "minds" wouldn't exist, nor our thoughts... nor could "we believe... see..." nor would anything be "real," including the "illusion." so, if all were a "figment of our imaginations, " this conversation could not take place because we would have no imaginations." ok?

Spritual insight answers this reality is indeed illusion, because nothing is permanent, not for a moment

...this doesn't mean it's going to end when you transition to the other side

Like in the Matrix? Yeah, man, that's a heavy concept.

Or what if we're all part of a giant space-whale's dream...

Either way, I've still got to pay the rent.
